Finding our balance, keeping our poise and remembering to breathe! We juggle the demands of physical balancing in the same way we juggle the demands of life. It's important to take a moment to enjoy the triumphant pleasure of feeling in balance (if only momentarily!) but embracing the constant movement of energy, knowing what goes up must come down! We ease our way into balancing, using the drishti (gaze) and finding the opposing directions of energy to bring stability, warming the hamstrings and peaking with flamingo!
