Welcome to Yoga Bradford online! Here you will find a variety of classes that you can practice anytime, anywhere =) A mindfulness approach is woven throughout the classes, with a focus on the breath.  Find a class to suit your mood, whether you are looking for a slower, stretch-focussed class or a dynamic flow to build heat.

Yoga changed my life, which is why I love to share my experience to pass the gift on.  As such, these online classes are free to use as many times and as often as you like.  I am forever a yoga student; I am keen to continue to develop my yoga knowledge and incorporate this into my teaching. As such. if you have the means and should you wish to make a donation (pay as you feel) then all donations are humbly and gratefully received.  Your kind generosity will support me to continue to share yoga with you and to keep the classes (and your practice!) fresh.

Level: 0
Focus: Hamstrings, IT band, hips and groin.
Props: Block and belt
Originally sequenced for Bradford City FC, this class focusses on developing flexibility for the hamstrings, hips and groin.  This class gets straight to the stretching so why not cue-up a mindfulness meditation to start and a savasana to finish for extra OMs =)

Focus: Hamstrings, hips, groin and shoulders
Props: Block and belt
A sequence taken from the yoga sessions I deliver to Bradford City football team; A shorter slow stretch-focussed class to connect with the breath and release tension from the hips, hamstrings, groin and shoulders. Great for runners and cyclists or anyone who has tension in the lower body. This class gets straight to the stretching so why not cue-up a mindfulness meditation to start and a savasana to finish for extra OMs =)

Focus: Hamstrings (with a few bonus hip stretches!)
Props: Block and belt

Focus: Quads
Props: Block(s), belt, cushion, blanket
Originally sequenced for Bradford City FC, this is a sequence to stretch the quadriceps. You will probably need props! So grab a couple of blocks (or stacks of books), a yoga belt and a blanket. And breathe…  This class gets straight to the stretching so why not cue-up a mindfulness meditation to start and a savasana to finish for extra OMs =)

Level: 0
Focus: Shoulders
Props: Block(s), belt, cushion, blanket
Whether you are feeling tight in the shoulders from lots of digital-gazing, or from lifting/carrying or maybe sleeping funny…this session is all about the shoulders! Stretch out all the kinks and open your chest and upper back with this gentle sequence for a sweet shoulder release.
