Welcome to Yoga Bradford online…LIVE!

Home practice is wonderful, but nothing is quite like the shared experience of a community class.  So if you can’t make it to the studio or you prefer to practise from home then LIVE-streaming via Zoom is here so we can share the energy, love and laughs of a live class…from the comfort of your own home!

  1. Create a (FREE) Zoom account https://www.zoom.us/
  2. Book onto the class via the Yoga Bradford website
  3. Pay the £3 class fee (or use a credit from your 20, 10 or 5 class block) when prompted by the booking process
  4. Once you have paid you will be sent a link to join the session
  5. Use the link to log into Zoom 10 minutes prior to the class start to make sure we can iron out any tech difficulties =)

Zoom Slow Flow  Thursday 6 – 7pm   £3

Similar to vinyasa flow, linking postures together using the breath, but slower paced and more gentle.  Great if you want to slow down and sink deeper into your practice.  These classes are open-level; beginners are welcome.  Variations of postures will be offered to suit all levels.

Zoom Vinyasa Flow  Thursday 7:15 – 8:15pm  £3

A flowing style of yoga linking postures together using the breath.  Great if you want to improve energy levels, develop flexibility & strength and promote relaxation.  These classes are open-level; beginners are welcome.  Variations of postures will be offered to suit all levels.  The class moves fairly fast so be prepared to build heat but feel invigorated!

Zoom Rise and Shine Saturday 10:30 – 11:30am £3

Gentle yoga to stretch and strengthen the body.  Mindfulness meditation and simple breathing techniques will relax the body and calm the mind.  These classes are open-level; beginners are welcome.  Variations of postures will be offered to suit all levels.

LIVE Ashtanga Saturday 11:45am – 1:15pm  £3

A dynamic, breath-centred style of yoga to cleanse, stretch and strengthen the body.  Great if you want to build stamina and develop focus.  These classes are not suitable for complete beginners.  It is recommended that you have some yoga experience or have completed the beginners yoga course.
