Whether you are totally new to yoga or a seasoned yogi we hope you enjoy your time here at Yoga Bradford. Our classes have a friendly, informal atmosphere and a number of different classes on offer so you can find a style to suit you. You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start and we welcome people of all ages and abilities. In all our classes there is a balance of movement, breath and mindfulness so whichever option you choose, you will leave our classes lighter, energised, refocused and ready for life =)

Yoga Classes

Gently stretch and wake-up with Rise and Shine or Slow Flow yoga to gently stretch and strengthen the body, including mindfulness meditation and simple breathing techniques to relax the body and calm the mind.
In our dynamic Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow classes, expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
We also offer seasonal day retreats and regular workshops to drop deeper into your practise.
