Taking time out to relax and renew is essential to living well.  Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this style of yoga, you will hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour.  The postures are designed to restore health and vitality and can be so restful you will feel like you have had a sleep.  Read more about restorative yoga.


Suitable for all levels of experience (including complete beginners!).  Limited places available so booking essential!

Spring Shine: An afternoon of yoga!

Spring is a time of new beginnings, upward and expansive movement, emerging from winter revitalised.  We are charged with smooth flowing energy; it’s a wonderful time to spring clean ourselves physically and emotionally!

Opening with a calming mindfulness Meditation accompanied with Pranayama (breath work) to energise you and develop a sense of physical, emotional & spiritual well being.  Followed by a  Vinyasa Flow to generate heat, detoxify and feel renewed.  We will then take a break with some light vegan refreshments.  Then slowing down with a seated session and longer held postures to relax & work deeper into our flexibility. Finishing with a lovely long “yogic-sleep” (Yoga nidra) guiding you into a deep relaxation, leaving you rested.

Open to those with some yoga experience (not suitable for complete beginners).  Limited places available so booking is essential!
