Spring is a time of new beginnings, upward and expansive movement, emerging from winter revitalised. We are charged with smooth flowing energy; it’s a wonderful time to spring clean ourselves physically and emotionally!

Opening with a calmingΒ mindfulness meditationΒ accompanied withΒ Pranayama (breath work) to energise you and develop a sense of physical, emotional & spiritual well being.Β  Followed by aΒ  Vinyasa Flow to generate heat, detoxify and feel renewed.Β Β We will then take aΒ break with some light refreshments, then slowing down with aΒ seated session and longer held yin and restorative postures to relax & work more deeply into our flexibility.Finishing with a lovely long β€œyogic-sleep” (Yoga nidra) guiding you into a deep relaxation, leaving you rested.

Open to all (including beginners).Β  Limited places available so booking is essential.Β  Props for the restorative session, including bolsters and blankets, will be available to borrow at the session (but bring your own if you have them).

To fully unwind and unplug, this session will be in-studio only.

Taking time out to relax and renew is essential to living well.Β  Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. In this style of yoga, you will hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour.Β  The postures are designed to restore health and vitality and can be so restful you will feel like you have had a sleep.Β  Read more about restorative yoga.
