This slow flow is inspired by a class request to look at headstand! We will spend most of the class building strength in our core, arms and shoulders so we feel safe and secure if/when the time feels right to go upside down. The journey to inverting can be challenging physically but also mentally. We need to shift our perspective and have faith and courage that we are prepared and we have what it takes. Often the journey is made up of lots of small steps so we can take time to build confidence and the best way to travel along the journey to inversions is to just keep trying with no expectation or attachment to the outcome. There will be plenty of options whether you want to go upside down or not so enjoy the ride add a new perspective to your day 🙂
