When we find ourselves in uncertain circumstances we may experience resistance and find ourselves wishing to change things out of our control. This may lead to unhappiness and discontent but we can use our yoga practise to connect with our calm centre and cultivate acceptance of what is. We will nourish the body with an all-body flow including stretches for the chest, side body & hips as well as twists, balances and forward folds. As we slowly flow, we will use our breath to shift our attention to the now leaving us with a sense of calm and a smile on our face πŸ™‚
