Whether you are totally new to yoga or a seasoned yogi we hope you enjoy your time here at Yoga Bradford. Yoga can help increase your strength & flexibility, promote better sleep, reduce stress & anxiety and assist in weight loss…In other words, yoga has the potential to change your life! In our dynamic Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow classes, expect a balance between physical postures, dynamic movements, breathing exercises and relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Our Vinyasa flow classes are fun and challenging and open to both beginners and the more experienced. Each class will contain varying sequences and poses to keep the body challenged, yet will have enough familiarity to aid progression. Each class is individually sequenced by the teacher, adapting to the needs of the class and modifications are offered to ensure you can practise safely and choose the best pose to suit you. Remember all postures are optional so if it’s not right for you then skip it…but if you fancy a challenge then join in!
Our Ashtanga improvers class caters for those who wish to further their practice using progressive techniques of breath, posture , gaze, alignment & movement that will cleanse, stretch & strengthen the body as well as focus and calm the mind.
