Our Vinyasa Flow classes are mixed-level and suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis; modifications are offered to ensure you can practice safely and choose the best pose to suit you. Ashtanga improver classes cater for those who wish to further their practice and therefore you may find some postures challenging but all postures are optional so if it’s not right for you then skip it…but if you fancy a challenge then join in 🙂
